Adventure Island Tiszafüred

A unique Fun Centre was built in one of the most beautiful and adventurous water world of Hungary, on the romantic island of Tisza Lake.

The attraction's objective is to provide recreation and sports facilities on European level to domestic and international tourists, adults and children, as well. The Fun Centre suits the demands of those guests visiting the region and are interested in eco- and active tourism, which means the increase lake Tisza's touristic fascination.

On Adventure Island Tiszafüred, the planners created a unique Fun Centre that guarantees fun full of experience and adrenaline emphasizing the location's wonderful natural conditions.

On the 18 acre flood plain island, the adventure searchers can find such games as the cableway - aloft and aboveground, as well - containing 140 obstacles, the 15 m high climbing wall suitable for sport- and race climbing and having a gazebo, a 300 and a 400 m long rope slides, a woodland playground, a recreation area, mini golf, an archery field, water kangaroo, and many more interesting games.

Presentation of the games

Climbing wall: a specially designed climbing wall and gazebo is the most emblematic element that is not only unique by its outlook. The possibility of shaping up climbing ways on the 15 m high wall is limitless, so it can provide unforgettable experience to beginners and professionals, too. Due to its special construction, disabled persons are also able to use it.

Rope slides: The rope slides with their 140 game element and different difficulty levels are built on one another and forming a permeable spider web-like system. This means an unprecedented freedom to creative players to put their strength and bravery to the test at their leisure. On the children's rope slide the youngest ones can negotiate exciting obstacles in line with adults in professional Alpine technique equipments planned to their size on game elements among the trees.

Nature trail on shroud level: The Fun centre offers everlasting experience not only to those who desire extreme adventures. Due to the unequalled construction of the nature trail located on shroud level, every age group from young childen to grandmothers may get acquainted with a so far unattainable bracket of Tisza Lake's wonderful wildlife from body close.

Mini golf course: The Robin Adventure Island's mini golf course will be the favourite game of those who like less exacting sports. The course built in a beautiful waterside environment is excellent for beginners and sportsmen, too.

Water kangaroo: With its extreme appearance, the water kangaroo is undoubtedly the most exciting fun element of the Fun Centre. Despite appearances, its use is very simple, it only needs some bravery and persistence.

Water chopper: The water chopper driven by manpower is not only child's play, its possibilities are only limited by the adventure searcher's fantasy. This is also because it can be found in adult size on the island.

Playground: The Adventure Island's playground offers a magnificent and safe amusement to families with small children, first of all. While the grownups put their skills to the test on adult games, the little ones can have fun with safe games suitable to their age.

Archery: Beside the traditional method, the interested persons can try the popular leisure sport on a peculiar field, as well. The archers may aim to fixed targets from 8 niches on a path going through natural obstacles.

300 and 400 m rope slide and gazebo: The 300 and 400 m long rope slides starting from the top of the climbing tower not only presents us with the experience of free sliding, because from the height there is an exceptional view to Robin Island and Tisza Lake, too. The gazebo is suitable to disabled persons, as well, and a special elevator helps them to get to the top.
